He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies from Singidunum University and also pursued studies at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad.

With nearly half a decade of experience in the IT industry, František has played a pivotal role in quality assurance (QA) and software development, leading a team of 10 specialists while working on various projects spanning e-commerce, fintech, and SaaS startups. His expertise in optimizing software and digital products has helped numerous businesses improve their technology infrastructure and digital performance.

During his studies and professional career, František launched Oasis Flow, a Webflow-based agency focused on helping businesses grow their online presence through high-performance website design and development. His ability to merge technical expertise with business growth strategies has positioned him as a key player in the digital space.

As the Co-Founder & Head of Technology & Growth at AIINOV8, František leads the agency’s Web Development, Paid Ads (Google & Meta), SEO, Social Media Management, and AI-driven marketing strategies. His hard work, discipline, and ambition fuel his mission to help businesses scale through data-driven marketing, innovative web solutions, and AI-powered growth strategies.
